When can I expect to receive my order?

The little elves in our warehouse need 2-3 days to process your order before shipping it. Once it has been processed, you should receive your order within 3-5 days.

* Unfortunately we cannot guarantee no delays from the carrier’s end. So please only use the above as a guideline as certain circumstances are out of our control.

Can you please tell me which shipping carrier will deliver my order?

Delivering your products to you in the safest and fastest way possible is our ultimate goal. So the little elves in our warehouse work with a smart platform that constantly tracks and checks which shipping carrier will be able to deliver your parcel to your destination the fastest. We try our best to work with as many carriers at once so that we can offer you the best service possible and get your deliveries to you ASAP!

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via your registered email address. The email will provide you with all the tracking details to track your shipment. However please note that it can take up to 3 working days from the receipt of the shipment confirmation to begin tracking your parcel. In case you haven’t received any updates even after 3 working days, please email us immediately care@yugoclothing.com

Do you offer any international shipping options?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to ship internationally just yet.

What if I cannot accept my delivery / no one is available to collect my parcel?

In case your parcel was refused, we will sadly have to charge you a re-processing fee. When refused parcels are received by the little elves in our warehouse, you will be refunded the original amount minus $12 for shipping, duties, taxes and the re-processing fee.
