Returns & Exchange Policy

  • When sending products back to us, please remember that in order to receive a full refund they must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them. So In case any of our products didn’t make you feel as beautiful as you expected, you can send them back to us within 30 days of purchase. That means unwashed, with the original tags and of-course never worn.
  • Please be careful when returning products as YuGO will unfortunately not be able to claim any responsibility in case your parcel goes missing.
  • Although we trust you and aim to be as fair as possible when it comes to returns/ refunds, we do reserve the right to reject returns if they weren’t sent back to us in the same way that they were received.
  • In case you want to exchange or return any of our products, please do so within the mentioned time frame (30 days from date of purchase).
  • Once the returned products have been received by the little elves in our warehouses, YuGO will immediately check them and issue the refund for the full amount that you originally paid for the products minus the shipping costs. 
  • In case a package was refused, we will issue the refund for the full amount once it has been received by our warehouse, however you will still be charged shipping costs, duties and taxes.
  • Don't worry, we will not charge you for the logistic costs, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs if you decide to return a product to us.

Go to the Return & Exchange page, add your email and order number and send us a return request. Once we receive your request for a return, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address which will contain a prepaid return label. Ship us your product with the label provided to you and voila! Each step of the process can be followed on the Return & Exchange page and you will receive an email notification.

  • Once the little elves in our warehouse have received the original items for return, we will issue your refund immediately.  
  • If you’re looking to exchange a product due to wrong sizing, please pick the "Exchange" option on Return & Exchange page and provide us with your correct size. We will begin working on sending you a replacement as soon as we get a notification that the product is on its way to us. And you will receive a new tracking number as soon as the replacement product has been shipped. 

     How long after returning my products can I expect to receive the refund?

    It can take anywhere between 2-3 days for the little elves in our warehouse to receive your parcel. When the parcel has reached our warehouse, you will receive an email that confirms that your refund has been initiated. 
    Once the return has been processed, you can expect the amount to be returned to your bank account via the same payment method that was used for the original purchase within 2 weeks.

     Can I print out my own return labels?

    To make sure your parcel reaches us safely and doesn’t get lost on the way, all returns must have our return labels clearly pasted on them. All returns and exchange communication must only be done via our support email address.
